Mind Your Bill

Terms of Service

Effective: August 3, 2026

These terms apply when you use the Mind Your Bill website, Android application, cloud synchronization, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Mind Your Bill provides bookkeeping tools for small businesses, including transaction entry, inventory tracking, reports, invoices, local backup and restore, and optional synchronization between devices. The service is an organizational tool and is not professional accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice.

Accounts and Google sign-in

You may use local features without an account. Google sign-in is optional and is used to identify you and connect your synchronized data. You are responsible for protecting your Google account and devices and for activity performed through them.

Your data and backups

You retain responsibility for the information you enter. You give us permission to process and store it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. Keep your own current backups. Synchronization and recovery features reduce risk but do not guarantee that data can never be lost.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to communicate material changes, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service at any time. You may request deletion of your cloud account and associated cloud ledger data using the instructions in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict access when necessary to protect users, operate the service, or address violations of these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing records, reports, tax calculations, and business decisions. To the extent permitted by law, Mind Your Bill is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be published here with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent to mindyourbill@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +94 71 575 6351.
