Mind Your Bill is a simple bookkeeping app for small businesses. This policy explains what information we handle and the choices available to you.

Information we handle

• Account information: if you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name. We never receive your Google password.
• Bookkeeping information: the business details, transactions, inventory information, and other records you enter.
• Technical and usage information: basic device, browser, security, diagnostic, and app-usage information needed to operate and improve the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the app, create invoices and reports, synchronize your records when you sign in, protect your account, provide support, fix problems, and improve the service.

Google account data

Google is used only to confirm your identity. Mind Your Bill does not request access to Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, calendars, or other Google services, and your bookkeeping data is not stored in Google Drive. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Where information is stored

Your bookkeeping data is stored on your device. If you sign in, a copy is also stored securely online so it can synchronize across your devices. Information sent between the app and our service is protected in transit.

Service providers and disclosure

We use trusted providers for sign-in, hosting, security, and limited product analytics. They process information only as needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information or share your bookkeeping records for advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect users and the service.

Retention and deletion

Data stored on your device remains there until you clear it or uninstall the app. Online data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period when needed for security, recovery, or legal obligations.

To request deletion of your Mind Your Bill cloud account and associated cloud ledger data, email mindyourbill@gmail.com or contact us through WhatsApp. We may ask you to verify control of the Google account before deleting cloud data.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please also protect your device and Google account.

Your choices

You can use the ledger locally without signing in, sign out at any time, manage Google account access through your Google Account, create or restore browser backups, and request cloud-data deletion using the contacts above.
